All golfers must check in at the golf shop and register with the Starter before beginning play on the course. Failure to check in and register ten minutes prior to a reserved starting time will cause cancellation or setback. No play shall start on any hole except the No. 1 tee, or when authorized by Golf Shop staff.
Full Golf Members:
Tee times may be made up to ten (10) days in advance.
Guest Policy:
Member must accompany Guest. Members may not have more than one (1) guest prior to 9:30 AM on Weekends and Holidays. Members may have up to (3) guests all other times. Each guest shall not play more than six (6) times per golf season at the accompanied guest rate.
Social Members:
Social members may play a maximum of 6 times per season at the current Member Guest rate. Social members may make tee times up to five (5) days in advance.
No Show Fee:
Members who do not cancel their tee times will be billed at $25 no show fee, if you have guests as well you will be billed $25 for each.
Unaccompanied Guests:
Members may sponsor guests to play Vermont National if that member is unable to accompany them on the golf course at the current Unaccompanied Guest rate. Golf Members may make tee times for up to four (4) unaccompanied guests up to ten (10) days in advance.
Reciprocal Guests
Guests of other private clubs may play VNCC. Tee times may be made up to (7) days in advance.
All players must have a starting time reserved through the golf shop.
Fivesome are not permitted at any time.
Under no circumstances are players permitted to start play from residences.
