Welcome to The Club

Vermont National is home to a beautiful 18-hole Jack Nicklaus/Jack Nicklaus II Signature Design championship course, the first of its kind in New England.

Originally founded in 1998, the Club is situated on over 400 acres of beautiful Vermont countryside, encompassing some of the region’s most spectacular views of both the Green and Adirondack Mountains.

VNCC opened its front nine holes and driving range on July 17, 1998. The Farmhouse, which now serves as a multi-function facility, as well as the Swim & Tennis Department and Snack Bar, served as the original clubhouse.

The back nine opened during the summer of 1999. The main clubhouse, along with the Swim & Tennis facilities, opened during the late spring-early summer of 2000.

VNCC operates as a Private facility. Several categories of Private Membership are available. The Club's Membership Plan guarantees against assessments.

History

Construction began on Vermont National Country Club in the summer of 1996 when the Economou Family received permission to construct a golf course on a 400 acre family dairy farm in South Burlington, VT. Nicklaus Design of West Palm Beach, Florida was contracted to be the chief architect and execute the vision of an exceptional private club experience in the heart of Northern New England.
